Changing a Saturn Air Filter by Yourself

Changing a Saturn's air filter is the easiest thing you can do for your Saturn car.

You can buy a Saturn's air filter at any automotive retail store like Pepboys etc. Make sure you get one which is right for your car's year, make and model.

Locate your air filter box. Usually you will see it on the front right hand side of your engine. It will look like a black box with four clips, two on each side.

Carefully open all four clips using your thumb. The black inverted box will pop open. Take out the old filter. It would be just sitting inside the box. Take it out slowly as not to tip off any dust accumulated on it. If you let the dust fall inside the pipe, it will beat the purpose of the air filter. Carefully wipe the dust off from the surroundings of the black box and put in the brand new filter you just purchased. It will fit in right away if you got the right filter for your car. Clip the top part of the black filter box back on to the bottom part.
